* Sickle cell disease( SS,SC, SBETA O, SDpunjab) and control without sickle cell disease
* Social insurance
* Signed informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* Respiratory disease other tha asthma
* Cardiac disease
* Encephalopathy
* G6PD deficiency
* Consent not signed
