* Successful PCI with stent implantation,
* Able to participate in the training program,
* No planned further revascularisation
Exclusion Criteria:
* CAGB,
* Inflammatory diseases other than CAD,
* Heart failure,
* Severe kidney failure,
* Inability to participate in the training program
