* Females with PCOS in child bearing age who presented at reproductive and endocrinology clinics at Ain Shams University Maternity Hospital
Exclusion Criteria:
* Known androgen secreting tumor.
* PCO on ovarian stimulation medications
* PCO with any other medical illness.
