* Age \> 18 years
* Signature of informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* Other inflammatory states other than IBD (e.g., neoplasm, autoimmune diseases, liver cirrhosis)
* Age \< 18 years
* Pregnant woman
* Lack of informed consent
