Inclusion Criteria:
* Large renal pelvic stone
* Upper calyceal stone
* Middle calyceal stone
Exclusion Criteria:
* lower calyceal stone
* Bilateral simultaneous PCNL
* Need for 3 percutaneous tracts intraoperative
* Morbid obesity (BMI \>40)
* Non opaque renal stones.
* Refuse to complete study requirements
