* Patients with cyanotic congenital heart disease undergoing open heart surgery with CPB
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients with liver or renal dysfunction
* Patients with inflammatory disease
* Patients with hemostatic disorders
* Preoperative use of anti-inflammatory and/or antioxidant drugs
