Inclusion Criteria:
1. pathologically confirmed colon adenocarcinoma;
2. immunohistochemistry testing as dMMR tumors;
3. received at least two doses of anti-PD-1 immunotherapy in a neoadjuvant setting.
4. received radical surgery.
