Inclusion Criteria:
* age \> 18 years
* surgery of the foot under sciatic block
Exclusion Criteria:
* no indication of locoregional anesthesia
* polyneuropathy or any neurological disease
* know hypersensitivity to local anesthetics
* porphyria
* atrio-ventricular block
* not controlled epilepsia
* hypovolemia
* pregnancy
* anticoagulant treatment
