* General anesthesia.
* ASA physical status I-III
* Age \> 60 years
Exclusion Criteria:
* Asthma and chronic pulmonary diseases
* Glaucoma
* Diabetics
* Any history of neurological and psychiatric disorder
* Parkinson's disease
* Disorders of the gastrointestinal and urogenital tracts
