* between 18-65 years
* arthroscopic shoulder surgery
* no known allergies to drugs
* ASA 1-2 patients
Exclusion Criteria:
* history of diabetes
* history of chronic pain treatment
* pregnancy
* severe bronchopulmonary disease
* systemic glucocorticoid use
