Inclusion Criteria:
* distal penile hypospadias were eligible for tubularized incided plate (TIP) urethroplasty repair
Exclusion Criteria:
* coagulopathy
* sickle cell disease or sickle cell trait
* circumcised patient
* history of previous failed surgery
* severe chordee (\>30 degree after degloving).
