Inclusion Criteria:
* Being within the 25-60 age range
* Having low back pain in the last 6 months .
Exclusion Criteria:
* The history of surgery in the lumbar region in the last 1 year,
* Diagnosed radiculopathy,
* Systemic diseases
* Malignancy,
* Performed regular physical activity,
* Using steroids and anti-inflammatory drugs in the physiotherapy program
