* Visited the emergency department of the study hospital
* Chief complaint of chest pain, dyspnea, syncope, altered mentality, side weakness, dizziness, and dysarthria
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients who do not agree to enroll to this study
* Pregnant patient
* Without a family
* Foreign patients
