patients with bilateral adrenal lesions who were diagnosed as PA
Exclusion Criteria:
1. patients diagnosed with other types of secondary hypertension
2. patients had comorbidities
3. Patients with incomplete follow-up data
4. Patients who successfully underwent AVS
