Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age \> 18 years old
* Expected ICU stay of \> 48 hours
* Bilateral Viral Pneumonia
* Orotracheal intubation from less than 24 hours
* Confirmed or highly suspected COVID-19
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients with cancer (all stages) diagnosis
* Severe hemodynamic instability (need of vasopressors \>1 mcg/Kg/min to maintain a MAP \> 65 mmHg)
* Pregnant women
* Immunocompromised patients
* Limitations of care
* Inclusion in any other interventional trial
