* Patients between 30 \& 80 years.
* Lesions clinically apparent locally malignant, or malignant.
* Lesions with or without visible ulcerations.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Surgeon unable to visualize tumor on clinical examination.
* Patients unfit for surgery.
