* Patients with mild to severe acne scar
* Patients with acne scar in the face
Exclusion Criteria:
* Smokers and alcohol drinker
* Patients who had a history of diabetes, circulatory or sensory disorders
* Patients who had a history of frequent sunburns
* Patients with nodulocystic acne
