* Primary osteoarthritis of knee who were scheduled for a primary total knee arthroplasty
* Age 50-80 year
Exclusion Criteria:
* Revision surgery
* Bilateral total knee arthroplasty
* History of patellar fracture
* History of patellar chondromalacia
* History of Patellar instability
