* Patients between 14 and 75 years old having the inclusion criteria and consulting for cardiovascular risk diseases (CVD) in these centers.
* Patients who allow to participate in this study
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients with mental disorders.
* Secundary cardiovascular risk patients
