* adult patients of age over 20 years scheduled for free flap reconstruction after head and neck cancer resection
Exclusion Criteria:
* valvular heart disease
* congestive heart failure
* liver failure
* renal failure
* pregnant woman
* allergy to hydroxyethyl starch solutions
* coagulation abnormalities
