* INCLUSION CRITERIA:
* Registered Agricultural Health Study (AHS) participants in Iowa
EXCLUSION CRITERIA:
* prior cancer diagnosis other than melanoma
* surrogates will not be used if a case has died before they are interviewed
* participants under 18 will not be included.
