* Diagnosed with unilateral lower extremity lymphedema (either primary or secondary)
* Patients aged 18 years or older
Exclusion Criteria:
* Presence of metastatic disease
* History of coronary heart disease, pulmonary disease, or acute infection of any cause
* Presence of peripheral neuropathy
