* All patients with primary pterygium.
* Grade T3 (fleshy) pterygium.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients with other ocular surface disorders.
* Previous ocular surgery or trauma.
* History of systemic thromboembolic event.
* Pregnant women and lactating mother.
