* written consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* HIV, HBV or HCV infection
* hepatocellular carcinoma
* Pugh A or Pugh C cirrhosis
* creatinin \>200µMol/L
* sepsis
* psychiatric disorders
* extrahepatic neoplasia
