* Vaginal hysterectomy or laparoscopic hysterectomy
Exclusion Criteria:
* Body mass Index over 35
* Diabetes Mellitus
* Liver disease
* Allergies to pharmaceuticals used in the Study
* Present use of opioids
* Vaginal prolapse
