Inclusion Criteria:
* Patients undergoing cardiac surgery via median sternotomy
Exclusion Criteria:
* Emergency cases.
* Patients with hearing impairment.
* Patients with dementia or other mental status changes.
* Patients who are clinically unstable postoperatively.
* Patients who develop postoperative complications.
* Patients who are non-English speaking.
