* 18-65 years old
* Men and women with NAFLD per US
* Increased ALT level
* Hepatomegaly
* Liver biopsy within 2 years
Exclusion Criteria:
* Other liver diseases (HBV, HCV)
* Hepatocellular carcinoma
* Decompensated liver disease
* Use of steroids
