* Having had an embryo transfer for the first time
Exclusion Criteria:
* Using antidepressants or sedatives
* Using painkillers within 24 hours before the procedure
* Having hearing and vision impairment
Termination Criteria:
* Removing glasses during the procedure
* Removing headphones during the procedure
