* preterm infants (\<37weeks of gestational age)
* requiring ventilator care
* informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* major anomaly
* 48hrs after birth
* requiring operation during drug infusion
* cord blood pH \< 7.0
* intraventricular hemorrhage grade III or more
* investigators decision
