* Nucleoside analogue treatment for HBeAg-negative chronic hepatitis B for at least 36 months.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Liver cirrhosis or liver cancer.
* Co-infection with HCV, HDV or HIV.
* Inability to understand study information and give informed consent
