* All cases in Hand and Reconstructive Microsurgery Unit in AUH with epiphyseal transfer for hip post-septic epiphyseal loss.
* Minimum 5 years Follow-up records .
Exclusion Criteria:
* Uncontrolled local infection .
* Patients with incomplete data.
