* Minimum age 5 years old
* Myelomeningocele diagnosis
* Starting a retrograde or antegrade enema program (or switching from one enema program to the other)
* English or Spanish speaking/literate
Exclusion Criteria:
\- Other types of spinal dysraphism (e.g., lipomyelomeningocele, fatty filum)
