Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
1. Systemically healthy volunteers aged 18-45 years.
2. Diagnosis of Periodontitis (Stage 3, Grade A).
3. Presence of at least 20 permanent teeth.
4. Capacity to understand the study protocol and provide informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria:
1. Systemic diseases (e.g., Diabetes, Chronic Renal Failure, Cancer, Connective Tissue Disorders).
2. Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
3. Smoking (\>10 cigarettes/day).
4. Antibiotic use within the last 3 months or periodontal treatment within the last year.
5. Presence of orthodontic appliances, removable prostheses, or extensive interproximal caries.
