* OSA confirmed by attended PSG
* refusal of CPAP therapy.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Central sleep apnea
* severe systemic illness
* significant dental disease
* pregnancy
* craniofacial abnormalities
* temporomandibular joint disorders.
