* Age 65 years and over
* Newly commencing immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy (either monotherapy, dual therapy or in combination with other anti-cancer therapies)
Exclusion Criteria:
* Unable to complete/engage in study assessment procedures
* Unable to provide informed consent
* Previous ICI therapy
