Inclusion Criteria:
* dx of Rett syndrome
* functional range of motion of both arms
* no seizures or seizures managed with medication
* understanding cause and effect
* midline stereotypies
Exclusion Criteria:
* no competing orthopedic or neuromuscular diagnosis that impacts shoulder movements
