2. Aged 20 to 64
3. Body Mass Index (BMI) ≥ 27 (kg/ m²)
Exclusion Criteria:
1. Pregnant women or those planning to become pregnant
2. Individuals with a history of liver or kidney dysfunction, cardiovascular disease, stroke, or cancer
3. Individuals before or after major surgery
4. Individuals with severe mental or neurological disorders
