* Undergoing tonsillectomy
* Indication for surgery due to recurrent tonsillitis or obstructive sleep-related symptoms
Exclusion Criteria:
* Known coagulation disorders
* Presence of peritonsillar abscess
* Presence of craniofacial syndromes
* Incomplete follow-up data
