Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
1. Age ≥ 18 years.
2. Clinically diagnosed with chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis
3. Acceptance of upper gastrointestinal endoscopy screening or evaluation.
4. Abdominal MRI examination with IVIM sequence within 6 months prior to endoscopy.
Exclusion Criteria:
1. Co-existing chronic liver diseases.
2. Previous portosystemic shunt treatment or splenectomy.
3. A history of treatment for upper gastrointestinal varices that affects the assessment.
4. Severe hepatic or splenic iron deposition.
5. Decompensated cirrhosis.
6. Co-existing malignancies.
