Eligibility Criteria:
* Inclusion Criteria for the Study:
1. Receiving cancer treatment for at least 6 months,
2. Aged between 10 and 18 years,
3. The participant and their parent/guardian consent to participate in the study and provide written informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria:
1. Those who have experienced a significant life event (death, relocation, etc.) unrelated to their illness in the last six months,
2. Those who have not received chemotherapy treatment,
3. Those in the terminal stage,
4. Those with a severe psychological diagnosis and taking medication
