* Adults ≥18 years undergoing primary TKA for osteoarthritis.
* Cognitively normal and able to self-assess pain and function.
* Provide written informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Cancer-related knee pain.
* Neurological, psychiatric, or medical conditions interfering with assessment.
* Chronic opioid users.
