* Patient with superficial esophageal, gastric or colorectal lesions, scheduled for endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD).
* Age between 18 and 85.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patient who refused to participate.
* Other cases deemed by the examining physician as unsuitable for safe treatment.
