Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria: Adult patients with knee osteoarthritis, as diagnosed from x-ray findings.

Exclusion Criteria:
* Pregnancy
* Breastfeeding subjects
* Active cancer or cancer treated within the past year
* Allergy to sulfur
* Hemodynamic instability
* Inability of the patient or authorized person to sign consent
* Hypersensitivity to drug ingredients
* Active infection
* Immunocompromised state
* Critical thrombocytopenia
* Organ transplant receipients
* Chronic multisystem organ failure
* Clinically significant abnormalities on pre-treatment lab evaluation
* Medical condition that would, on the basis of the opinion of the investigator, compromise patient safety
