* Experienced the February 6, 2023 earthquake
* Aged between 18 and 65 years
* Able to read and understand Turkish
* Provided written informed consent to participate
Exclusion Criteria:
* Younger than 18 years or older than 65 years
* Incomplete or invalid questionnaire responses
* Insufficient literacy to complete the study instruments
* History of severe psychiatric diagnosis
