* Asian/Part Asian ethnicity living in Singapore, not known to have diabetes
Exclusion Criteria:
* Pregnancy women
* Non-Asian ethnicity
* On active cancer/steroid therapy
* Haemoglobinopathies or haemolytic anaemia
* Previous bariatric surgery
* Previous partial/total pancreatectomy
