Clinical diagnosis of nasal polyps
Underwent endoscopic sinus surgery
Willing and able to provide informed consent Exclusion Criteria
Current or recent use of antibiotics or macrolide therapy
History of multiple facial fractures
Presence of neurological disorders
Presence of psychiatric or psychological disorders
