* Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool score of ≥28
Exclusion Criteria:
* Sedentary (\<150 min/week moderate or \<75 min/week vigorous physical activity)
* Elite athletes
* History of ankle sprain
* Lower extremity fracture
* Surgical intervention
* Neurological or vestibular disorders
