* Urinary tract infection.
* Previous ureteral surgery.
* Congenital malformation of the ureter.
* Distal ureteric stricture.
* Hypersensitivity to the drugs.
* Pregnancy or lactation.
* Hepatic insufficiency
* Non-compliant patients.
