* age \> 60 years
* chronic musculoskeletal pain
* follow up 10 weeks
* patient or legal representative's agreement to participate and to the informatics treatment of the data
Exclusion Criteria:
* acute pain
* exclusive neurological pain
* coagulation disorders or anticoagulant curative treatment
