* Adult patients aged 18 years old ,Both sex male and female, diagnosed with SLE
Exclusion Criteria:
1. Age below 18 years old
2. patients with hepatitis b virus (HBV), hepatitis c virus (HCV) or cirrhosis
3. malignancy, cardiac disease,
4. patients on dialysis.
5. obese patient, BMI more than 30
